Although there were complaints about site outages, the
Reddit session was successful — depending on who you ask. Supporters and fans of Obama were excited by the surprise visit and site administrators were said to have to confirm whether or not it was actually the president but some were concerned that the president did not take enough questions. Read the
overview for PresidentObama on the Reddit site and decide for yourself. I personally think it was very good of the president to jump on Reddit and interact with the People. (Don't know of many presidents who would have done that without a lot of pomp and circumstance surrounding it.)
